I am known as a cleanse and detox expert with specialties in herbalism, meditation, yoga and ayurveda.

Q: How much time is this going to take?

A: Once you go through the modules and put together a 30-minute daily routine that works for you, you’ll need JUST 30-minutes a day to do the simple exercises and see results. Your daily practice combines meditation, visualization, and changing limiting beliefs, and stress reduction techniques.

 

Q: How long before I start to see results? 

A: It depends…if you’ve had these issues for a while, it may take longer to see improvements. But if you put in the effort, you’ll feel an improvement in as little as 2 weeks, depending on the effort you put in and how long you’ve had the condition.

 

Q:  Do I have to radically change my diet?

A:  At every turn, I will try to avoid radical changes in diet. In our consultation, we can assess what is realistic, your lifestyle responsibilities, experience level, and unique concerns and customize a successful plan together that will get you to your desired outcome.

 

Q: Can I travel while I do this program? 

A:  YES!  You can travel and do this program!  In fact, these are the opportunities you will have to learn more about yourself and make different choices without guilt, restriction, or failure. 

 

Q:  Will I have to purchase a lot of different herbs, supplements or foods that I am not used to?

A: Your program comes with a 3-month supply product kit!  

 

Q:  Will I be expected to cook a lot?

A: You will be learning new recipes and how to eat seasonally to maximize your health, longevity, and digestion. However, many recipes don’t take a lot of time, and you will learn those as well! Depending on how often you cook now, you may be cooking more than you are used to.  

You can expect to dedicate 1-2 hours a week to learning, practicing, cooking, and implementing. After the program, you should have it refined to a 30-minute a day practice and what you are eating.
