Even though this session is free, it is not for everyone.

As much as we’d love to help every woman, what we offer is a specialized and bespoke approach created for a specific type of woman in a very specific stage of her recovery. This ensures that the time you invest — and the time we invest with you — is deeply valuable, aligned, and focused on lasting change.  Please read the following intentionally.

This Is Who We Help:

◆ Your toxic relationship has ended, and you’re able to maintain no or low contact. (This is the clearest sign you’re in the right place.)

◆ You’re a high-achieving woman — confident and successful — but this relationship left you doubting yourself.
◆ You’re ready for real change, not just more information, and willing to invest in your healing.
◆ You’re prepared to take ownership of your growth, even if part of you feels scared or uncertain.

What Is a High-Achieving Woman?

A high-achieving woman is driven and goal-oriented, with a strong work ethic and a clear sense of purpose. She sets ambitious goals in her career and personal life and is committed to growth and self-improvement.

Often, she’s the one others look to for strength, guidance, and stability — yet inside, she may quietly struggle with doubt, exhaustion, or feeling unseen. Her capacity to give is immense, but in toxic relationships that very strength can be turned against her, leaving her questioning her worth.

Being a high-achieving woman isn’t limited to career or income. You can be retired, a stay-at-home mother, or in any life stage — achievement is about your inner drive, your standards, and the way you show up in your life, not just what’s on your résumé.

Why We Help Her:

Like many women, when Monica sought help she was given the label codependent. It didn’t resonate — and it didn’t help. For years she carried symptoms of rumination and PTSD from her relationship, without real answers.

What studies now show is that women most often targeted by narcissistic partners are not “weak” or “needy,” but the opposite: 60% are high-achieving, deeply empathetic, altruistic, agreeable, and trusting. These very strengths can be exploited in toxic relationships.

We believe the traits often mislabeled as “codependency” are not your identity. They are the consequence of trauma bonding and manipulation. Left unaddressed, these wounds leave women vulnerable to repeating toxic cycles — compounding the myth of codependency and eroding self-trust.

Only you can determine if this message resonates with your experience. If it does, you’re in the right place.

How We Help Her:

We guide high-achieving women through a step-by-step healing process that integrates trauma-informed coaching, education, nervous system support, and practical tools for breaking free from toxic patterns.  Our work is comprehensive, supportive, and deep. It isn’t about quick fixes or surface-level advice — it’s about helping you rebuild trust in yourself, restore your confidence, and create a life where love no longer costs you your identity.

If you’re ready to get out of the pain for good, understand why this happened, ensure it never happens again, and do more than just talk about it — we may be the right fit for you.

Why We Have An Application Process:

Our application process ensures that every woman who steps into this program is in the right stage of her journey and will truly benefit from the work. It also allows us to keep the community safe, supportive, and aligned — so you can focus fully on your growth, surrounded by a private community of select women who are walking the same path with you.

We Are Not The Right Fit For You If:

◆ Your toxic relationship is still ongoing, and you’re unable to maintain no or low contact. (This is the clearest sign you’re not yet ready for a call with us.)

◆ You’re deciding if you should end your relationship. This is not a service we provide at this time.  Your journey begins with us when your relationship has ended.

◆ You’re in full survival mode — just trying to get through each day — and not yet in a place to invest the time, energy, or focus your healing deserves.

◆ You’re not willing to do more than talk about it. (Our program is centered on self-directed healing. There will be peaks and valleys as you grow, and you’ll need to learn how to meet yourself in those moments — not just talk about them.)

We honor your privacy.
Your story is safe here. Our application reviews are compassionate, trauma-informed, and handled with absolute confidentiality.

“I Lost Everything — Then Found Myself Again.”

After 32 years of marriage ended in betrayal, Ginger came to us two years later still stuck, unable to move forward. By the end of the program, she had not only healed but transformed. Within 6 months of graduating, Ginger lost 20 pounds, opened her own business, and even fell in love again. “I am so grateful I did your program. I would do it again in a heartbeat and recommend it to everyone.”

~ Ginger, Former Student

"I never understood why I kept attracting toxic relationships, no matter how successful I was in other areas of my life.

With Monica’s guidance, I uncovered the deeper patterns that kept pulling me back into the same cycles of pain. For the first time, I could see clearly where those patterns came from and how to break free of them. Now I trust myself in a way I never thought I could, and I finally feel free to move forward with confidence." ~ Brooke Niesen
